This company is best at ignoring customer’s returns. If i didn’t write emails to them to ask for money back they would let me wait god know how long until i can have a refund. Every.single.time. i return something i have to take time out of my day to write to them. Weekday, i’m tired of chasing after you and your unreliable service

Amazing customer service! I ordered a parcel to the wrong address and although I tried to get it returned to the sender, the delivery company left it outside the wrong address. Customer service were so helpful and immediately issued me with a refund! Thank you :)

Probably won’t use Weekday again in a hurry.I do like the style and quality of the items I kept, but their returns process is poor.Sent my returns on 31st December and still hadn’t had a confirmation of return by 21st January. Contacted them to chase and surprise surprise they did have my return and processed a refund...which could take another 14 days. Too much hassle to use again anytime soon. Wouldn’t recommend.

THEY DO NOT PROCESS REFUNDS UNTIL YOU CHASE THEM.Every time I return something to Weekday I have to chase for a refund. If I do not do this, they do not refund the money. It's happened about 5 times now and I'm at the point of not shopping with them anymore. I love the brand and have bought so much from them over the years, but their customer service is a joke.

Returned item nearly a month ago and have received no confirmation of return and no payment received. Will not order from this website again. Also they use Hermes and the delivery charge is nearly £7 which is ridiculous.

I accidentally placed two orders of the same item, and called Weekday right after the accident to let them know what had happened. They managed to get my order back from UPS and gave me a full refund within a few days! Very happy with the customer service.

Usually very good, but this time it is appalling!! I have not received any information about an order placed 2 weeks ago with next day delivery - all I have is that a pick up is scheduled and the order will arrive soon. Customer services do not respond to emails, calls, facebook messenger... nothing! My brother still hasn't received his christmas gift that was ordered well in advance!

I ordered 4 items from the Weekday website, all in organic cotton. I cannot fault the quality of the fabrics they use: soft cotton, but the sizes were nuts and the delivery time very long. Each item was huge on me and the styles very unflattering.

Excellent customer service. I accidentally put in the wrong delivery address, I phoned up to change and got through to somebody straight away, although they couldn't amend the address, they cancelled the order for me, gave me a 10% discount for the next one, as well as free Express shipping (usually £10). I thought this was really good of them considering it was my error in the first place. I'm always very happy with Weekday, from the quality of their clothes to the fast online delivery.

Always fast delivery in the UK and always pleased with products. On the one occasion I returned something I got a refund straight away, unlike some of the other scandi brands that sit on your money/returns for ages.
